Spent Xmas in a hotel that offered two great facilities: a swimming pool and tasty room service. The hotel's location was excellent, as it provided easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. To my delight, the staff were friendly and courteous.

Regrettably, the sheets and towels did not seem to be clean, and there were bloodstains on them. That made me feel uncomfortable because it was unhygienic.
